ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1155 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1155 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is relaxed.
