Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the 2nd respondent herein in Public Notice No.36 (RE-2010) 2009-2014 dated 01.03.2011 and quash the same insofar as it relates to the restrictions with regard to port of export contained in column No.4 of paragraph 2 of the said proceedings and direct the 2nd respondent herein to permit the exporter of Non Basmati Rice from any sea port subject to the other terms and conditions in the said proceedings.
