The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of E.P.No.147 of 2012 in R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2004 as expeditiously.

2. This Court has called for the records from the Court concerned. It is stated in the letter dated 18.02.2019 that E.P.No.147 of 2012 in R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2004 was dismissed for default as early as on 16.06.2014.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 19.02.2019 asi To The Additional District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai.
