2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has not attached any proof for having been given the complaint to the respondent.
4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and lodge a fresh complaint along with the medical reports, before the respondent.
