O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a writ of mandamus by directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Medical Record Officer on par with the juniors of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2010. 3.Mr.A.Raja Perumal, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that, if there is no proof has been filed in the typed set of papers to show that the petitioner made a representation to the respondent.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the limited scope of the prayer, this Court is directed the 3rd respondent/Director of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Medical Education to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2010 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
