The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee has filed the above applications to direct the respondents to quit and deliver the vacant possession of the premises at D.No.38, Pycrofts Road, First Street, Royapettah, Chennai -14.

2. By order dated 01.04.2022, this court recording the submissions made by the learned Administrator and Official Trustee to the effect that the respondent/tenant is in arrears of Rs.5,93,500/-, directed the respondent/tenant to pay the arrears of rent within a period of three weeks and adjourned the matter by three weeks.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the tenant/respondent submitted that he has given change of vakalat and handed over the papers to the respondent. 1/3

4. The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee submitted that the respondent had not complied with the order of this court dated 01.04.2022. Since there is no representation for the respondent, further that the respondent had not complied with the direction of this court dated 01.04.2022, I direct the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, to take steps to evict the respondent from the premises mentioned above. The Applications are disposed of.
