ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2, 3 and 4 to issue Adangal 1-B, Sethuvar confirmation and computerized patta for the agricultural land admeasuring Ae. 54.74 cents AC 35.44 cents in Survey Nos. 117, 184, 137, 130/8 and 130/10 situated at Village No.65, Sembarambakkam, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu, based on the representations made by him on 09.02.2017, 25.03.2017 and 07.04.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representations made by him on 09.02.2017, 25.03.2017 and 07.04.2017, the respondents 2 to 4 have not passed any orders so far.

3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents 2 to 4 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2017, 25.03.2017 and 07.04.2017 and pass orders,

on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
