PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue 'No Objection certificate' to the petitioner to run his SPA business in the name and style of "Blue Moon Ayurvedic Health and Clinic Spa" situated at 123, Opp. Power House, Patel Street, Erode on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 10.01.2023.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to directing the respondents to issue 'No Objection certificate' to the petitioner to run his SPA business in the name and style of "Blue Moon Ayurvedic Health and Clinic Spa" situated at 123, Opp. Power House, Patel Street, Erode on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 10.01.2023.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is running a SPA in the name and style of "Blue Moon Ayurvedic Health and Clinic Spa" situated at 123, Opp. Power House, Patel Street, Erode. He would further submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.01.2023 to the respondents seeking for the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to run the said business and the same is not considered by the respondents. Hence the petition.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2023 is available with the respondent and appropriate order would be passed in the manner known to law.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police.

5. Considering the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2023 with regard to the issuance of "No Objection Certificate" and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
