For Petitioner : Mr.B.Ramprabhu O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannakudi for expeditious disposal of D.V.C.No.13 of 2014 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this D.V.C.No.13/2014 is pending from the year 2014. There was a direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8738 of 2014 on 21.02.2019 for disposing the case within a period of three months from that date of receipt of a copy of that order. Even thereafter, the matter has not been disposed of. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
3. Taking note of the fact that D.V.C. petition is of the year 2014 and there was already a direction for its disposal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.8738 of 2014, this Court is inclined to accept the request of the petitioner and directs the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannakudi to dispose D.V.C.No.13/2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands Ordered accordingly. No costs.
