This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.152 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, Nagapattinam District, till the disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner being a practicing Advocate, his personal appearance before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the petitioner being a practicing Advocate, his personal appearance before the trial Court, is dispensed with, on condition that he should appear before the trial Court as and when required for further proceedings.
