This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent Police (i.e.,) Central Crime Branch, Wing-5, Chennai Commissioner Office, E.V.K. Sampath Salai, Vepery, Chennai to file the final report pertaining to the petitioner complaint dated 18.06.2013 which was registered in Crime No.381 of 2014 dated 08.09.2014 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.381 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
