O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.01.2021 in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the Respondent. By consent on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Respondent that the suspension order, issued against the petitioner, has already been revoked.

4. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to report for work on or before 31.03.2021 and the Respondent, in turn shall provide employment to the petitioner, without prejudice to their rights to proceed against him departmentally. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. It is made clear that if any departmental proceedings have been commenced or initiated, it is open to the respondent / Disciplinary Authority to proceed with the enquiry on a day today basis without adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time and bring the issue to a logical conclusion at the earliest. The petitioner shall co-operate for early attainment of the proceedings without adopting dilatory tactics.
