ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30306 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30306 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 is relaxed.
