This Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are some typographical errors in the order passed in this Writ Petition on 22.01.2025 in respect of the name of the respondent in the cause title and also in respect of the date of the impugned order in paragraph No.1 of the order. The name of the respondent is mentioned as N.Parsarathy in the cause title instead of N.Parthasarthy. The date of the impugned order passed in Standing Order Appeal No.1 of 2018 has been mentioned as 11.12.2016 in paragraph No.1 of the order instead of 11.12.2019. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to carryout the necessary correction in the above said order.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the clerical errors crept in the cause title of the order and in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in this Writ Petition is corrected as stated above.

21.02.2025 gsk NOTE : The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 22.01.2025 and issue a corrected copy of the order to the parties in this Writ Petition.
