ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the 3rd respondent herein the Inspector of Police, P-6, Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai-600 118, to register the case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 29.05.2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.457 of 2015. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation conducted by the respondent-Police. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the third respondent-Police during https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation and the third respondent Police is directed to take action in accordance with the law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
