ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 18.04.2013 passed in WP.No.29435 of 2012 has been disobeyed

by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1796/A5/2013 dated 27.08.2014 to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
