Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose my representation dated 11.06.2020 and to take appropriate action as per the circular issued by the 1st respondent in circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 for the fraudulent registration and to cancel the forged and illegally executed Settlement Deed and Sale Deeds in Document Nos.1896/2012, 516/2017 and 1089/2019 registered before the Sub Registrar Office, Coonoor.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose my representation dated 11.06.2020 and to take appropriate action as per the circular issued by the 1st respondent in circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 for the fraudulent registration and to cancel the forged and illegally executed Settlement Deed and Sale Deeds in Document Nos.1896/2012, 516/2017 and 1089/2019 registered before the Sub Registrar Office, Coonoor.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The Sub Registrar/third respondent is now required to hold an enquiry for the limited purpose of Section 82 r/w Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice on all the parties who are likely to be affected by the his decision, grant them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the same within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
