The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.02.2015 passed in W.P.No.14772 of 2014.

submitted that the respondent had already deposited the amount on 19.01.2016 and also referred the matter to the Civil Court for adjudication on 19.01.2016. The learned Government Advocate also filed the order in proof of the said contention.
