This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.6.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 02.06.2014 to the respondents by post and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint along with wound certificate to the third respondentPolice and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
