This petition has been filed seeking to amend the surety to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur instead of surety to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Arakonam in Crl.O.P.No.1036 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.1036 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner, by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1036 of 2025.
