These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the petition; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent viz., Sarojini and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent as the L.Rs of the deceased 3rd respondent and array them as the 4 to 7th respondents in the above appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
