This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order in S.C.No.52 of 2021, dated 30.11.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 16 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned. The petition is ordered.
