The Original Petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act under Order XXI Rule 2 & 3 of O.S.Rules, 1890, seeking to grant permanent custody of the minor children namely Master N.Sai Balaji and N.Prabu Ram.

ORDER

The petition has been filed under the Guardian and Wards Act, seeking permanent custody of the two minor children.

3. The 1st child was born on 04.07.2001 and the 2nd child was born on 19.01.2004.

4. By any mathematical calculation, they have both now crossed the age of 18 years.

5. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

6.
