Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire into the illegalities in the affairs of respondents 5 to 8, those stated above and other

illegalities that may be revealed during investigation/enquiry, to regularise membership of respondents 5 to 8 strictly as per norms and to consequently, initiate civil and criminal action against those found guilty of illegalities, including taking steps to recover the loss incurred by the government.
