ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 23.12.2022 passed in E.P No. 49 of 2020 in I.A No. 1 of 2020 in HMOP No. 5121 of 2019 on the file of V Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai and allow the above Civil Revision petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already paid the arrears of maintainable as per order dated 23.12.2022 in E.P No. 49 of 2020.
