ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2015 made to the respondent immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.178 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.178 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
