Crl.M.P.No.3085 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.707 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.707 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
