Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, the 3rd respondent to point out field and mark the boundaries of the petitioner land situated at Gudimallur Village Walaja Walaja Taluk Vellore District comprised in Survey No.45/3 measuring 0.26 Cents out of total land of 0.83 Cents as per Patta No.119 total land measuring 80 cents by considering the petitioner representation dated 03.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Ramesh For Respondents : Mr.V.Subbiah Special Government Pleader.

2. The petitioner claims ownership of the land admeasuring to an extent of 0.26 cents in Survey No.45/3 out of the land measuring 0.83 cents in Patta No.119, registered as Document No.7347 of 2013, by the Sub Registrar, Vallajapet, Vellore District, and she submitted representations dated 21.11.2013, 06.01.2014, 26.02.2014, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
24.07.2014, 03.09.2014 and 10.11.2014, to measure the portion of the land and issue patta for her land and since, she has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents.
4. Though, the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the facts and circumstances of this case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
