(The order of the Court was made by Mrs.J.Nisha Banu,J.) The above CMP has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in paying the deficit court fee in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The above appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed by the learned Family Court, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District in D.V.C.No.1/2020 by order dated 30.06.2022.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in another appeal filed in C.M.A.No.2029 of 2022, against the judgment and decree passed by the learned Family Court, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District in HMOP.No.406 of 2020 dated 30.06.2022, the appellant and the respondent had filed a compromise memo. In the said compromise memo, the parties have also referred to the present appeal (CMA.SR.No.100615/2022) and had stated that the same may be disposed of. This Court, vide order dated 22.06.2022, disposed of the said appeal (CMA.No.2029/2022) in terms of the compromise memo filed by the parties.

5. In view of the order dated 22.06.2023 passed by this Court in C.M.A.No.2029 2022, no order is required in this condone delay petition. Accordingly, the condone delay petition is closed and consequently, the Page 2/4
