Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of declaring the action of the 4th respondent in initiating the evicting proceedings against the petitioner in survey No.61/1 to an extent of 1.71.O Ares situated in Pa.Nathamedu Village, Thukanam Pakkam Post, Kandamangalam Panchayat Union, Villupuram District without following the due process of law as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for his illegal action of initiating the eviction proceedings against the procedure contemplated under the law.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, as per his instructions, at present there is no threat which resulted in filing of the present petition. He, thus, seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
