ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed stating that the order of this Court dated 25.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.26367 of 2014 has been disobeyed by the respondents.

2. This Court by the order dated 25.09.2014, directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondents 1 to 3 to count half of the service

rendered by the petitioner as Social Forestry Worker along with regular service rendered by him as Forest Watcher till his retirement, as qualifying service and send revised proposals to the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the fourth respondent was directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.09.2014 has been complied with. They also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 12.02.2016 to that effect.
