ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 13.10.2020 in W.P.No.13605 of 2020 directed the first respondent to consider the reports of the respondents 2 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Cont. P.No.530 of 2021 3 and pass suitable orders within a period of eight weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the first respondent has consider the reports of the respondents 2 and 3 and passed order rejecting the claim of the petitioner and hence, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
