The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 5th respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner to level the road by filling up mud in the pit in S.No.105/4, Sankarapuram Village, Kallakurichi District, by taking action in the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2025 preferred to the 5th respondent and also as per the proceedings dated 07.12.2024 in Ku.No.447/2024/EVaAa of the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 5th respondent submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was taken on file in C.S.R.No.175 of 2025 and after conducting a detailed enquiry, it was closed.

3.From the materials on record, it is seen that the entire allegations made in the complaint are civil in nature between the petitioner and the respondents 6 & 7. Therefore, no police protection is given. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court with appropriate jurisdiction.
