The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri to comply with the C.A. filed on 15.02.2017 in C.C.No.101 of 2015.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has applied for the Copy Application on 15.02.2017 and the same has not been provided or the said Application was rejected. Hence, the present petition.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri is directed to furnish the copies as prayed for by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
