CMP.Nos.4284, 4286 & 4285/2023 in A.S.No.244 of 2018 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 208 days in filing the petition to bring the legal heirs on record of 7th respondent, to set aside the orderof abatement occurred due to demise of 7th respondent Arasan and to bring on legal heirs of the deceased Arasan namely, 1.Ezhilarasi, 2.

A.Manikandan, 3.Anbarasan and 4.Deepa as proposed respondents 10 to 13.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause-title.
