Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 4th respondent herein in G.O.Ms.No.158, Revenue (Ser.8(2) Department, dated 08.04.2015 and to quash the same to the limited extent of date of effect of the said order in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to grant minimum pension as ordered in the said government order with effect from the day following the date of retirement of the petitioner i.e.01.05.2010 and to grant him all consequential benefits including arrears within a limited time frame. ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also sent a memo dated 24.06.2020 to that effect to the Registry through e-mail.
