2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

The Registry shall return the original files back to the petitioners so as to enable to comply with the procedure contemplated under Order 33 Rules 3 and 5 read with Order 44 Rules 1 to 3 of the Code of the Code of Civil Procedure.
