ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Third respondent has filed a status report dated 04.11.2024 in which the action taken has been explained. Counsel for third respondent, therefore, states that respondent No.3 cannot be alleged to have committed contempt of court.
2. We accept the explanation given. At the same time, we record the undertaking of counsel that regular efforts will be maintained to remove the encroachment and if there is apprehension of law and order situation, request shall be made to the concerned police station and the Inspector of Police shall deploy such policemen as required considering the ground reality.
