ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent, in his proceedings, bearing Na.Ka.A2/8154/2017, dated 16.02.2018 and to quash the same.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition to the effect that the Petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate Authority in terms of the GO.Ms.No.540 Revenue (LD) 6(2) Department, dated 04.12.2014. Further, the Petitioner has also sought liberty to with draw the present Writ Petition.

4. Recording the above said fact and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach appropriate Authority to prefer an appeal against the impugned order, if he so desires and is so advised. It is also made clear that if such an appeal is preferred within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the period of limitation, if any, for filing an appeal may not be put against the Petitioner.

No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
