Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the respondent.

2.This application is filed to extend the time to complete the Arbitration Proceedings, since the Arbitrator was not able to complete the proceedings within the time prescribed.

3.Taking note of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, it is reported that the Arbitrator was not able to complete the proceedings within the time prescribed.

4.Taking note of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ Petition No.3 of 2020 dated 08.03.2021, the period between 15.03.2020 and 14.03.2021 is saved from computation of limitation. Hence, this application seeking extension of time is allowed.
