This petition is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Sarathkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

The delay is 89 days only. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 89 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
