ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, who were arrested on 15.02.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 397, 427, 336, 506(2) of IPC, seek bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.02.2022, these petitioners and three other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed Rs.500/- from him at knife point. These two petitioners are named accused in the F.I.R.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that they are notorious criminals having several cases of similar nature and if they released on bail, they will repeat the crime.

5.Considering the list of cases pending against these petitioners furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners till the completion of investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail dismissed.
