J U D G M E N T

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the matter was settled out of Court between the parties, and to that effect, an affidavit was filed by one Chinnapaiyan, who is the first appellant herein.

2. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the appellants sought permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal. Recording the same, this second appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
