This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the appeal. 2.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 had entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 stated that he has no objection in condoning the delay.
3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it has been stated that the order copy was made ready on 24.07.2025 and thereafter, necessary permission had to be obtained from the competent authority to file the appeal. In that process, there has been a delay.
4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the name of the learned counsel for the respondents may be printed in the cause list when the appeal is listed for admission.
