Prayer: . Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore to take up OS.NO.468 of 2020 filed by the 1st respondent against the petitioner and respondents 2 to 9 and dispose of the above suit by completing the Trial within a stipulated time. The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to take up OS.NO.468 of 2020 filed by the 1st respondent against the petitioner and respondents 2 to 9 and dispose of the same by completing the Trial within a stipulated time.
2. A perusal of the case status shows that the interlocutory applications in IA.No.3 of 2020, IA.Nos.6 & 7 of 2024 are pending disposal. In this backdrop the petition seeking an early disposal of the suit has been filed.
3. Considering the above facts, the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, shall dispose of the Interlocutory Applications within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, within a period of 6 months, the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, shall dispose of the suit OS.No.468 of 3/6
2020.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
