3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 07.11.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for issuance of separate patta in his favour.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any.
