It was brought to the notice of this court, as early as on 15.06.2023, that in the writ appeal filed against the order dated 20.07.2021 in W.P.No.2853 of 2015, the learned Division Bench passed an interim order directing maintenance of status quo, by an order dated 14.06.2023 in W.A.No.1176 of 2023, and the said writ appeal is still pending and the interim order is operative.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek reopening of the same after the disposal of the writ appeal. No costs.
