The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 14.11.2022 in W.M.P. No. 29542 of 2022 in W.P. No. 30111 of 2022 passed by the Court that there shall be an order of interim stay of recovery alone until further orders.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has produced a copy of the order in Na.Ka.No.230/A1/2022 dated 17.03.2023 from by the Third Respondent stating that the amounts required from the Petitioner after the interim order was passed would be refunded to him. He has also made endorsement to that effect in the court record.
