Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pay the damaged to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- as damaged for fencing construction restoration of compound wall on the basis of petitioner representation dated 1.4.2015 within time frame.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the Correspondent of Sree Perumal ITI situated at Pallavakkam Post, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District and they have also fenced their institution in all four sides. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that during October 2014, while the respondent widened the road, damaged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
certain trees, which have fallen down on the compound wall and got damaged and in this regard, submitted representations dated 30.03.2015 and 01.04.2015 to the 2nd respondent and since, he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.
4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 01.04.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner.
5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
