O R D E R

The instant revision has been filed challenging the order dated 13.08.2013 passed in I.A.No.2271 of 2012 in O.S.No.156 of 2012 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi.

2. By consent of both the counsels, the following order is passed: (a) The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.156 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

(b) Since the written statement has not been filed, the petitioner is directed to file the written statement within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. (c) The petitioner is permitted to raise all defences in his written statement including the defences raised by him in Application I.A.No.2271 of 2012 in O.S.No.156 of 2012 filed under Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure which was dismissed by the Trial Court earlier.

3. In terms of the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
